Overview
We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company that operates in telemedicine, e-commerce, and the pharmacy industries. We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff- New Product & Business Development to drive the launch of new products, initiatives, and partnerships in the healthcare and e-commerce space. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic industries like pharmacy, telemedicine, or digital health.
 
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Product Launches – Lead the planning, execution, and rollout of new products, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and company goals. Manage product timelines, resource allocation, and post-launch performance tracking.
  • New Initiatives – Identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance Meds.com’s healthcare and e-commerce offerings. Work cross-functionally to bring new ideas to market and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Partnership Management – Evaluate, onboard, and integrate new business partnerships. Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee contract execution, and ensure deliverables and objectives are met within set timelines.
  • Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project roadmaps, establish milestones, define project scopes, and manage resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Act as the bridge between product, marketing, engineering, legal, and operations teams, ensuring all departments are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
  • Risk & Issue Management – Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early in the process. Develop mitigation strategies and work proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues before they impact project success.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting – Define project success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular progress updates to leadership. Use data-driven insights to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • MBA and/or equivalent Entrepreneurial work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading new business initiatives and business expansions/growth projects, preferably in healthcare, e-commerce, or tech industries
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of managing complex projects
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
